Pineapple Cheesecake Pie...

Can I say pie crazy? I think that's what hubby and I have become. We have been making and eating a lot of different pies lately. I think we better slow down or else, we will be "drowning" in too much calories.

This will be our last pie, for now. Maybe we will make some again by Thanksgiving. This one is so creamy and rich and so yummy that I am really enjoying eating it. I guess I better savor every bite because it might take a while before we make some pies again.
