My Simple Dinner...

After all the eating out we did when we were in Panama City, Florida, I am so ready to eat my home-cooked Filipino dish. First stop in my menu is this mung bean soup mixed with some chayote and slices of pork belly. I sauteed the pork belly slices with a few cloves of garlic then added the boiled/softened mung beans. Ah, this is so good to me. Of course, hubby will not even try to have some of this. LOL!

I then paired this with a plateful of rice and ice-cold lemon iced tea, and my simple dinner is gone. I was so full and contented even with this humble Filipino meal.
